Can I Obtain Skin Lightening Soap In Chinese/vietnamese Supermarkets?
I have some discolorations on my skin, and I’m trying to whiten them out. I know most Filipino stores carry skin lightening products, but I was wondering if Chinese/Vietnamese stores do as well?
